Erin Park Lexus was the only dealer I've dealt with in the GTA, and I was very satisfied with their service.

I had a very fast no-appointment oil change performed on a weekend (or maybe it was a Friday afternoon, don't recall), and a very fast no-appointment no-fee CBEST setting change 30mins before opening on a Monday morning after a long weekend.

My car was originally sold from there, not sure if that had anything to do with it. They certainly don't know me because I'm the second owner, I live in Ottawa, and have only set foot there 3 times. This was in 2009-2010. Hopefully their service quality is still high. Give them a try.

 

DVNL overall is a decent place.

Purchasing the car from them was very easy, no complaints here.

Servicing was great, and everyone is quite friendly there.....BUT i must say that their car washes are TERRIBLE.

The car washes always leave scratches on the car - and it has happened so often that i refuse to have them clean it anymore as i would rather pay somewhere to do it.

Such a nice dealship with a lot of renovations lately, i figured they would do something abuot their automated car wash.
