last time i had king crab was at redstar.

u order the king crab, then serve it to ur choice of 2 or 3 ways.
- spicy deep fried legs style w/ 1/2 the legs
- coconut milk style w/ the other 1/2 of the legs
- fried rice in the shell

good stuff!

Guess where I went tonite ...

Yup, and boy was it yummy. Apparently the smallest you can get is 6lbs and it was just my mum and I, so I have take home in the fridge now; how do you reheat it? Or am I just eating it cold?

for legs
take it out to let it sit until near room temp
then steam

microwave tends to make the meat hard and chewy

what a coincidence, i had king crab sat nite too. went to rainflower restaurant with my family (next to canadian tire on No. 3 road). chef prepped the crab good, it was quite delicious!

the place i went to before was on alexandra rd

it had really nice decor (tall ceiling and such)

Just had king crab yesterday, it was very delicious
Ate it at Lucky Fortune restaurant in the Union Square mall in richmond.

I've been to the following 2 places this year for king crab, which was pretty good.

1) Chen's Shanghai Restuarant on Park Road (across from Richmond Center).
2) Koon Bo (Fraser and 41st); price was about $14.80/pound; 3 dishes.
