Actually, you guys may prefer the following;

The University in Abbotsford has a large empty parking lot that is also for students living on campus. I dont think it is gated off, so it would probably work...plus it is close for WA members...

umm did you say Abby? ...
omggg so farrrr

my suggestions:

1.Spanish banks; no pay parking , no cops(rarely) no bs.
2.Richmond airport- mc donalds beach(yes we have a secret hidden beach in Richmond)
3.Richmond Costco parking lot ? hmm..
4.Hastings park- its by gastown-just in the back- amazing view of Canada place for any pictures; lots of spots; free parking
5.stanley park; im not sure how the roads are in stanley but entrance by the totem poles have some decent free spots
6.QE (queen el.) lots of parking there as usual; no cops no ticket guys.
7. north van automall; right past the automall there is amazing area with great view and hmm about 20+spots. great for pictures again (right by that big spa place)

my 0.07 cents =)

^^ Yeah, kind of far.
QE is good in terms of parking and view...but on Saturday it is pretty jam packed. The worst part is the main parking at the top is pay parking. However, there are smaller lots, but again they are quite full on Saturdays.
Near the airport seems like the best spot...when I go to pick up packages there on Saturdays it is practically deserted. Any big lots there that aren't used on weekends?

Found this lot on Sea Island (Island airport is on). Looks to be a park of sorts?

Definitely think we shouldn't change the original meet up location.

I may have to be fashionably late (I have to go to work first) but I've got peoples cell numbers so I can always give a call.

Further to that, if you guys are heading from Richmond up to the Kits area, if some1 wants to shoot me a txt that would be kool

i agree. with all the cops in rmd pulling over modified vehicles, it would suck to see/hear people wanting to meet up get pulled over and cited for illegal modification

+1 here as well ... still think you cant change the original meet place if ppl are coming form WA though, some1 might want to meet those guys there and bring them into where we are.
