IS 250 pricing

I got an offer for 2008 IS RWD automatic for $38500 (tax inc)cash or $494 lease with 0 down (also tax inc). I wonder is this a good deal....

that sounds like a good price for me, I assume you have no option at all except the automatic???

$494 w/ tax, is that with $0 security deposit too?

how long till they dilevery?
