Spotted a white IS350 with black VS-XX and Blitz front lip on friday parked in front of chapters in Richmond. Anyone's on here?

 

Also spotted a SGM IS350 turning on garden city from alderbridge last night around 8-9 with huge cannons! HKS? Damn been gone for 2 months and suddenly so many modded 2IS already!

 

spotted a 2is heavily modded, lowered with deep dish dark rims, polished lips i think. obsidian or SGM. parked on kingsway close to joyce around noon.

spotted white stock IS-F turning right onto kingsway from boundary. the guy had a hat on. around noon.

by the way, does anyone know any regulations regarding to studded snow tires in BC? I'm thinking of putting some on mine =D

 

^ far as I know they're only legal when there is snow completely covering the roads.

I remember one time I was in traffic court and there was a guy there who was being charged w. driving w. studded tires on regular road surface.
