Hi everybody,

Guys i got a quick question.....i got 2000 GS400 and i am changing my front grill to a chrome grill.....i am not a DIY type of guy which i know sucks.... anywayz here is he question...

Will a 2001 GS430 front Chrome Grill Fit my 2000 GS400 ???? I checked with dealer they said they are not sure.....so before i buy it i wana make sure it will fit......so i need you guys to confirm it for me please.......so is a YES or NO?

Maybe you should go to the GS general forums, instead of the Canada specific ones...

 

even though u arent a DIY guy, chroming your grill is rather easy because the grill itself is already chromed and has a layer of paint underneath

all you need is some paint remover to take away the top layer to reveal the chrome

u can search the forum to find the many easy DIY guides in the 2GS section

if u really dont want to do this simple DIY then yes 01 and on grills will still fit 00
just the style is a bit different but overall dimensions are the same
