kinda strange is all ...
One of the things I love about my IS300 is that there aren't very many of them around. I don't know if that's true everywhere, but it's certainly true in the Lower Mainland; I can go many days with out seeing another IS300, let alone one actually driving on the road ... there are 2 that I see somewhat often, but never actually moving.
Today, I was on my way to work, and I saw THREE (yes, 3) other IS300s ... that never happens. I saw the first one and was thinking *hey, a 'me-car'* ... turned a corner and went down a street and there was an other one, and I thought *how random, another one* ... as I got closer to work (which is in Kits, and I live near metro) I saw the third one, I was just like *what the hell*
Yea, I know, my story wasn't interesting, but it was just kind of annoying, I don't want to see myself everywhere, I like having a different car.

IS300 is actually fairly common
a rare lexus would be the SC430
lol but for a bad reason
haha
i do see one parked near production way station everyday
but other than that, its a pretty damn rare lexus
and i see 1gen GS once in a while too

that's odd... i see is300's everywhere... can't swing a hockey stick around without hitting one in richmond
but if you want to be lonely, try owning a gs... if it weren't for this forum, i would be thinking i was the only one in vancouver

I see IS's fairly often around here... definitely not as often as before the 2IS came out but i don't feel they are rare... a mod'd IS is a bit more rare...
my first car was super rare, 01 chrysler sebring coupe... only sold the one year... too bad any driving one was middle-aged and more often than not the car was in poor condition...

yeah.. chances are, if you shoot a hockey puck in any general direction in richmond, you'll break an IS300's window somewhere...
like benjamin T, if it weren't for club lexus and actually meeting ubernoob, i'd think i had the only 2nd gen GS...

after i got my IS, a guy at work bought a 2IS, then a manager bought a 3GS and then another manageer bought a 2IS, then another supervisor bought an ES for his wife... it's almost like having a CL meet every day hahaha
