Decided to leave the fuse box in the engine bay and just hide everything else. Looks like the best way incase I get caught in the rain on a bad day

So far with the tucked engine bay chassis wire harness , I removed all the plastics, half of the electrical tap…. Let’s just say thing stuff is very very time consuming. On the passenger side you need to extend 3 thick wires that go to the abs block, and one of the two wires that go to the ac sensor on the line next to the abs box. I pulled a spare harness apart to join into this one to length the wires in the same gauge and cooler matching. Each wire that was soldered and extended I used two different sizes to ensure they won’t cause problems in the future

This thing is going to look glorious... And you're right - LOTS of tedious work goes into these wire tucks and I've always had a great deal of respect for someone willing to put the time and effort into doing so.

Spent about 6- 7 hours today knocking some of this crap out. Used rivetnuts to hold the wire harness up, stainless steel bolts, stainless wire ties-with rubber insulation, a ton- yes a ton of braided wire loom. Here are some pictures I took. Still have all the little headlight wires, fog lights , high beams to depin and reloom/extended/shorten . Super tired now , but here are some updates.

Man this takes so long to depin and loom 🧐

Made a little bracket to hold abs and trac control relays under driver side headlight. Mounts onto the same bolt as the daytime running lights relays.

@Turbostar thanks bud. I have a few things I want to depin again ; reloom and heat shrink. It’s just sooo time consuming lol. Started to pull the rear diff and subframe to stitch weld a few places and have it powder coated. When I pull that stuff I’ll have to roll the car out again and power wash everything again. Once the subframe is back I’ll be replacing literally everything underneath. This project is truly the definition of the snow ball effect

have a few parts for sale if anyone needs a rear diff, axles, rear lower control arms and traction bars

You've certainly dug yourself quite the hole my friend! However, this is going to be one hell of a car by the time you're through with it...
