Default Machine Shop Prices

Quoted these machine shop prices.

Attached picture of Machine Shop Prices for 2JZ-GE.

Block must bare and disassembled except crank
and Head removed.

Does not include piston installation of or attaching head.

No further assembly of the block to the head, etc.

We'll need more information.
Are you are installing billet main caps? -- Otherwise, why do you need a line bore?
There are no cam bearings on a 2JZ block... Maybe they were thinking LS?
Are you using oversized pistons? Did you have piston slap? What happened to your block?

As for the head price, I paid something like that to have mine completely reworked including the following (I brought all parts to the machinist):
- complete valve job
- New valve seals
- New dual springs and titanium retainers
- Camshaft shimming

What part of VA are you in? I'd send you to my machinist in Lorton if you are in the DC area.

these prices do not include any parts.
