My a/c heater only works on fresh air. When I change it to recirculate I can hear the motor running, but It just keeps pulling hot exterior air. It's really hot in New Orleans right now. How can I access this to repair it?

 

Do a search, this has been covered many times. Tho it doesn't help that its posted in the wrong section.
