Default Matador 350 Build

Hey guys! New to the forum as I've just recently switched from a Dodge hemi to my 2014 IS350 F Sport. Figured this would be the best place to show the build progression! Please feel free to give your advice and recommendations!

I just recently had my diffuser and roof wrap installed. I will include pixtures..

Future mods:
headlight/tail light smoke
chrome delete
rear window/trunk spoiler
19' wheels
possible muffler delete/invidia mid pipe
may wrap the diffuser in CF
interior carbon fibre replacements

Here she is

Looking great. Makes me want to wrap my roof black...

What diffuser did you go with? Would love to see what it would look like wrapped in CF. I'm searching for a new diffuser and intend on wrapping or painting it something besides the boring plastic gray.

Hey Lance! Thanks man appreciate it!

I highly recommend the roof wrap! Completely changes the look of the car, especially from the rear.

I ended up up going with the STILLEN diffuser (https://www.stillen.com/exterior/201...xus-is350.html) in matte black. I will post pictures as soon as I get it wrapped although I'm still debating!

Carbon fiber spoiler lip lip is on its way, once that's on I think it'll be a good touch to add more CF (wrap diffuser).

Congrats and welcome! Same year and model, had mine for 6 months.

Did you wrap the roof yourself or have it done, and if so how much was it and do yo know what material? I've been quoted $450Can to wrap roof and side chrome, wish I had better knife skills..

Thank you!

I had the roof professionally done for about $330CAN after tax with a one year warranty. I don't know the exact material they used of hand. I was also debating doing the chrome delete myself but same goes for myself, not too swift with the knife. How ever they did quote me 200 for the delete which includes window and front grill chrome.

Sounds fairly comparable, but my quote without the front grill. As you've probably noticed, the upper chrome around the doors will be more difficult because it sits flush with the surround, so it can't be tucked.

Did you change exhaust tips, or were they already done? MRed was my first choice in colour, but the deal for mine that came up was too good to pass.

Everywhere seems to be different.. I got a lot cheaper quotes from independent companies and different shops but ended up going with Derand Motorsports in Ottawa who are highly rated and suggested. Overall they did a reallly good job the the quality is guaranteed.. you want to watch out for that cheap Chinese crap.

And in terms of my "stock" photos (bought the car used as it's a 2014) I've realized that the exhaust has been modified but it looks more EM than anything. In terms of the tips, it seems when compared to stock their Atleast and inch and a half wider which in my opinion looks better. It'll do until I decide to go for an exhaust swap!
