Best/cheapest way to repair rear bumper
I backed into my wall at home. I thought it was easily fixable with the scuffs but I looked closer and found a crack on the bottom. What is the best way to fix it? Buy a new bumper? Or have body shop fix it? Anyone have any rear bumpers I could use?

Five a shop that plastic welds in your area and get a quote. Or eBay a bumper and have it painted. If you wanted to change your cars rear end now is the time. Paint work is happening either way.

you can buy a replacement bumper for about 250$, then have it painted and clearcoated for probably around 300-500$ depending on the shop.
if you have the time and or equipment for painting do it yourself, its not that difficult. it does require patience, attention to detail to paint plastic. you'd have to bondo the crack, let it cure, sand it down, primer it, sand it down, paint match it, clear coat it. with plastic you'd have to use some sort of flex paint mixed in with your primer and base coat. i suggest using a paint gun for (hence if you have the equipment part)
