Have you guys found any rust from our Ohio winters on your F’s?
That’s the one thing I’m worried about since I will be driving it year round for a couple years.
get it rust proofed with an oil coating, not a Foam coating. Do it yearly in the fall. Wash it weekly with an underbody car wash. It should be fine. That being said, I kept my 350 so my F doesn’t get ruined by winter driving. Our roads are so bad I blew a tire and bent a forged rim on my 350, and I’m very vigilant in my driving. I also don’t want salt on my F, so I park it during winter months. Some consider that a waste, having two cars, and that may be true. But I love my F. Also, I almost got hit 3 times this last winter due to black ice, and only avoided those wrecks by pure fortune and getting out of the way. It’s a zoo here during snow storms. I can easily replace a daily, but replacing a low mileage built 13 ISF is almost impossible. So I’ll waste my money and keep two cars .
Today was an amazing day at MidOhio. All I can say about the new Figs Ohlins ILXA coilovers is...WOW!!! This car drives flat out like a race car now🏎.
My fastest time was a 1:45 and the fastest car today (Viper ACR running Michelin slicks) was running 1:39’s. Everyone said that their times were around 4 seconds slower than our last track day in May due to conditions. That makes a near 6 second improvement(Just from the Ohlins)for my fastest time at MidOhio!

Great time as always! Cant wait for the rematch at PItt Race. We confused the hell out of the track workers with two black ISF with big wings running at the same time. Guy told me they told them apart by my front logo being blacked out and you still chrome. I put up my laps in my thread for comparison about a second off your best. .

That would be awesome. I did have a buddy from Columbus in an RCF join me for his first time. I'm running on PS4s. Mods hopefully are in my sig. FBO + tune. Rear sway. RR racing road and track coilovers, and upgraded pads.
