Default 2014 IS250 Build

Hey everyone. I'm new to the community here. I just purchased my first Lexus IS250 and am absolutely in love! The body style, the ride, the interior, everything. I decided to join CL to talk to fellow IS owners and see what mods I should do. Here's a list of the mods I've done, and am going to do.
Mods Complete-
-Window Tint
-Won't be dropping it any due to living in Michigans weather

Future mods
-All chrome delete
-Embalem black out
-Avante Garde tiger split m510 black rims
-Sway bars
-Air Intake
-Exhaust

I would love advice from you guys about what parts to buy for the mods, what I should/shouldent do etc. If you guys know of any Lexus meets near Lansing, Michigan or in Michigan at all let me know! Would love to meet some of you guys

Note the sway bars require dropping the rear subframe out. Extremely expensive/intense work. For me it's a lease so I canceled my RC350 sway bar order. Car handles fine as is. not like most cars where it's a 10 minute install.

Good on not slamming it. most like to slam it. Keep it nice and functional (and pro looking)

Mods.. i recommend a good sub (see my signature)

And you have the pro non F sport bumper so that means you can plug and play these bad boys:

http://amzn.to/2vDzmE8

Trust me, buy them. Easy install. Plug and play direct bolt on (you may need to trim the mounting tabs with scissors some--extremely easy--like 2 or 3mm) but some say they don't Either way, don't question it, just buy them NOW. you'll thank me later. Installs in minutes. One of the awesome perks of having a non-F sport. Very little known mod...

no plans for lowering springs or coilovers?
If you plan to add larger wheels, it will look odd without at least lowering it a tad.

Just got the calipers painted today. Decided to go with yellow to compliment the Nebula. Turned out great! Lexus logos are on the way, shipping from Japan. I will add them once they arrive. Might do another thin clear coat over the top so they last.

The finish on the caliper paint looks good from here. What paint did you use?

Finally got around to installing blue interior lights and Lexus courtesy lights.
Also got around to carbon wrapping the interior. If anyone wants a right up or pics of the panels that come apart just let me know. I would be happy to help.

^ How did you wrap the wrist rest? I've heard ppl having difficulties with making the vinyl stick on the rubber surface.

Wasnt hard at all honestly. Just pulled it off, used a little rubbing alcohol to clean the surface then heated the wrap up and pulped it over. Went much smoother then I expected. Lemme is if you have more questions

Wait, how did you pull that price off lol. And what brand vinyl did you use?

Did you have to use trim tools?

Think this is better than spending 100+ for an overlay.

Just carefully force small flat head screw driver under it like shown in the picture below. Then it will release two clips. I purchased just cheap 5D carbon fiber wrap off of eBay and used it to do my entire car. The only tools you really need are a heat gun or hair blowdryer, and scissors. The Seibon and other high end brands that offer these pieces in carbon fiber are just wayyy to exspensive imo. My way looks good enough for me xD
