Default Paint oxidation on spoiler

My 1997 SC400 is in good external shape with the exception of paint oxidation of rear spoiler. See attached. What is the best way of fixing this? I'm debating whether getting a new spoiler might be the quickest way to fix it.

Also slightly visible is wear and tear on the back bumper. Lots of black spots. What do you suggest for this to smooth it out?

The only real solution is painting the spoiler.

Buying a used spoiler in the same color would be the easiest solution. I see that you have a dwp car, so getting it painted would be tough to match.
