Water repelling driver glass, add-on seperate

I just bought a 2013 GS350 F Sport, does not have cold weather package. Was wondering if it's possible to get the same water-repelling properties added on to the glass not sure if it's a coating.

ask in the detailing subforum. but yes there are coatings you can add, but not the same as on the driver/passenger side windows.
