Default Transmission Slippage

I replaced my Transmission 2 months ago at a Lexus dealer in Woodland Hills. I was driving up a slight grade about a week ago with AC on FULL and I lost power after 2nd gear, it felt like I was gassing it in neutral. What would be the cause of that? The dealership said they found nothing but a rear tire that needs replacing and a worn out knuckle bearing. I never heard anything that would indicate a bearing going out, that would be quite loud I'm sure. Any possible solution, advice or help would be much appreciated.

Thanks Gang

Did it only do it that one time? Can you attempt to reenact that same trip to get the same thing to reoccur?
