My 8" Mark Levinson Sub has blown. Any idea what would be a good replacement? Also how to remove it?

Best replacement is a box in the trunk and add a dedicated amplifier. If I recall correctly, you'll want to avoid using the stock subwoofer signal, since it wont power an aftermarket sub, and it also has an extremely conservative low frequency cutoff (~50hz?) -- you'll want to tap a signal in the rear door and run that to your amp instead.
