replaced alternator, now VCS light, check engine and Slip indicator on traction con

Need help!!!!!!! Had to replace alternator yest erday...now all lights on in dash...VSC, check engine light slip lock.all. can someone please explain why this is happening

Did you remove one of the power cables to the battery BEFORE you started messing with the alternator?

Are you 100% sure that all of the power and grounding cables are now correctly re-connected?
