Default Emissions / Turbo /Piggyback ECU.

Hey guys, I have a 2003 GS300, with a built motor and transmission. I will be adding turbo kit soon. The problem is, I live in New York City and i need it to pass Emissions as well. My Question is, will a piggyback setup work ,or would i have to run a new standalone ECU, or be able to run the stock ECU? Its going to be a daily drive pushing about just 550-600HP. Will i need a MAP sensor or would the MAF sensor hold up? What do you guys think and what should i do and what else will i need in addition to make the car run and be road legal as well? Thanks

Stock ECU and piggy back is the only way to pass emissions in NY. As long as you don't have any CEL during the OD2 scan you'll be golden since you don't need to pass the smog test.
