picked up a shell ... guess ill start a track car
Hey there , had a chance to snag a buddy's old track car he was taking apart . and I was getting tiired of my daily becoming my project . so I picked it up about a month ago looking like this
was just a bare shell needing lots of love , and I had a parts car sitting around so figured make them one.
I removed the rear section of my parts car and framed the inside of it , and then used thread inserts so i can fully remove the rear section of the car if i need to
it's hard having a project let alone a few when you have no garage ..

wanted to see what the intercooler looked like on it , it has a 2j sitting under the hood , and im using my T56 for a trans post pics once i get my fuel and brake lines done, gonna pick up more steel to finish the bash bar , still gotta prime the front bumper and paint it , doing a rear mount radiator . and doing 17x10 all 4 corners .still have lots to get done but I'll keep the updates coming .

Thanks bud , ya its kinda a bigger one , and the wife is the one pushing me to do it . so at least I have the OK from the warden . going to be building a full harness for it and fuel system . when i get back from out of town at the end of the week I'll be finishing up the coolant lines and front bars to support the intercooler and headlights.
