The car was well maintained owned by an older gentleman in his 70's. I have all the copies of the service records. He's asking 8k with 159,500 miles. It's got brand new tires with a 2013 es 350 rims. It's a stick shift as well. Pearl white... gold emblems, spoiler, sunroof, cd players etc...Please help!

That, my good sir, is the rarest and most sought after SC you can find. They only made 120 manual SC's in 1997 (first year of the new body-style and last year of the manuals). You'll have everyone in the SC section of the forum drooling over this car, seriously. Its even got its own thread decidated to the 120 club over in the general SC (this is the Build forum, wrong section).

As for the price. $8k is a touch high with that many miles, even for a '97 5spd. Everything on the car as you described came standard in all SC's (except the wheels). Try talking him down a bit and you'll have yourself an amazing car. If you dont get it though, someone else will be more than happy to jump on it!!!
