Nice job. Can you give details on the lower LED lights? Make/model etc? Was thinking of doing something like that on my car. Only seen them installed on pickup and offroad trucks around here though.

 

Thanks..... I'm loving the updated look. The leds are 10" Rigid hyperspot bars (they're sold single only not in pairs 6" bars also available) fyi the specs say 876.4m of light (1/2 mile)... i tried them on the turnpike i'd guess more than that.... the bars aren't cheap but Rigids come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY.... nuff said

How do I get that?

 

1st: u'd need a bodyshop that (takes 4months to get your car in primer) is willing to spend DAYS (this is attempt/version 6!!) molding it in. After u sneak in back of your car an cut out a big A hole in the trunk..

2nd: u need a friend with a laser an cnc machine that owes u a FEW favors..

3rd: the right kind of paint.. (because it CANNOT be sanded until its cleared)

4th: an this is the most important thing. ..U MUST HAVE MORE MONEY THAN SENSE...... (this last one hurts because now i know i have neither to speak of)

But having it ACTUALLY turn out kinda how u saw it in your mind.....

Thank goodness for unlimited data!!!! It really was terrifying. . By attempt 4 or 5 I'd almost said "lets just fill it in" but then i saw it was really possible. . An HAD to finish it... now its all worth it...
