Thanks man, 20mm in the rear and 25mm in the front
It comes with 3M tape on it, All you have to do is remove one red strip and Whala!! Done. This was installed in less than 5 minutes. I do recommend having the car up on a lift so you can align it properly My bro was the one who told me about this lip. He had it on his BMW 325i and was slammed!! he said in two years he must of ran this thing into the floor thousands of times and it never fell off! 3M never Fails!

It comes with 3M already on it!!! There’s other cheap ones out there that don’t use 3M.

For the price , and the look it gives the car, that’s Unbeatable. The RSR super downs drop the car a lot!!!!!!!!!!!! I’d be scared to throw on a Skipper and break it. I have maybe 3 inches gap in the front of the bumper.
