The latter part of 2014 didn't see any action, but I have a feeling 2015 will be a pivotal year for this F. Some ~60k service items. I'll be doing sparks, tranny flush, engine oil, etc. In the midst of this refresh, I'll also be upgrading to a '13/14 power steering ecu. Maintenance is fun if you don't look at receipts

This is because I met Rafi, founder of RR-Racing, an engineer with an intensive resume who is dedicated to working on the ISF platform.
As passionate as he is with the ISF, car anatomy, and road racing, he is equally as knowledgeable.
I was the first CL member to install his Ultimate Steering Response System (Front LCA bushings).
Here's my testimonial:
I could explain the car's steering like this: it feels much more like point-and-shoot now than it did prior to install.
The steering is more direct--this is due to a big reduction in the amount of deflection under turning and braking (the bushing is not only solid, but the housing is independently machined to be much beefier than stock). The steering feels stiffer--this is due to the increase in caster.
The car is much more confidence inspiring not only at high speeds, but at braking at high speeds as well.
The car feels so much different (I have an 08) that I am sort of astonished, especially since I didn't expect such a big delta.
I am in daily contact with Rafi to see what's next (sorry Evo, you won't be getting any attention for a while--except snow tires).
In conjunction with the USRS by RR Racing, I had a Sikky front sway bar installed at JE at the second annual ISF meet. I set the front bar to medium stiffness, and reset the rear bar to medium.
The car handles way differently collectively with the USRS, fsb, rsb, and slight suspension tweaks: the traction control system engages way less often, the car has much less inner wheel slip on turns (this will eventually be corrected with a Giken LSD), and it feels much more neutral than before on turn-in (the car used to be very tail-happy).
Don't get me wrong, it is still ridiculously easy to induce oversteer by modulating the throttle

Overall, I'm thrilled, and can't wait to see what the future brings, especially with dedicated R&D from RR Racing. What a great car, all is beseder!

Hold on, do both of these cars have the same plate?
