Window Regulator broke, Window fell inside door
This is on my 1995 SC 400 Driver Door...
The window fell inside the door as I was putting the window up. A plastic piece broke. I did salvage one piece so far. Somehow I have to fix this because a new regulator and motor which come together says Lexus of Greenville, S.C. cost 776.00 at dealer cost through the dealer I work at.
I have seen a few ways to fix the plastic piece but those were more intact looking. I only found a partial piece so far. Going back in this week end and looking for more plastic pieces inside the door.
There is a plastic piece still under the regulator part with the flat surface that goes underneath the window. I am unsure where the broken piece came from. The motor moves the cable just a tad when I push or pull up on the power window button but seems jammed.
I can push the piece that is underneath the window up to close the window but seems like there is nothing holding it up. If I hit a bump, it will just fall to the bottom.
Looking for a better fix then 776.00. Thanks.....

Best way to start would be to post in the correct section. Build threads section is for, well just that...builds. (engine swaps, auto to manual swaps, f/i additions, etc.)
Next would be to message Aliga. I got my drivers regulator from him over 4 yrs ago, and mine is holding up strong. After you get the regulator, there is a DIY on how to make it last much longer for about $6.
