Although i won't make any major rebuilds, i might as well start a build thread for Alexis.
Alexis is a gorgeous girl in nebula grey outfit, and has all the toys a boy like me want.
First picture is from the delivery september 6.
2nd ad 3rd are outside my home.
For you interior junkies i hijacked two pictures from Lexus official press material. They are identical to mine, but so much better than what i can do.
i never could understand why people get so obsessed with the color of the bulbs, lenses and the color the light blinks!
some people like the red and others like amber in the rear. i never look at the tail lights, thats for everyone else to enjoy and personally i don't need to spend any money on things other people may want to see.
Congrats. Looks great. How did you remove the orange turn signal and with what part?
Originally it's coloured bulbs. Replaced them with chrome covered bulbs. Still orange flash.

but whatever floats your boat!
It's all in the details. I would be ok with the taillights if the indicator glass was red, but EU requires orange flash.
Went to the dealer today to get some reprogramming done.
Turn signal flashes 5 times.
Power window controlled by remote key. It works both ways.
Lights on for 60 seconds when unlocking the car at night.
Not so much styling, but very practical. Actually, they are for a CT200h, but a bit boring of the holes, they fit 3IS too. The rods of the headrest on 3IS is a little larger than 2IS and CT, the holes need to be 14.5mm. Sitting very tight against the headrest.
