I'm having a really hard time figuring out wheel specs 
My wheels on my Evo are 10.5 wide and I run 275 tires. I'm willing to stretch a little for the Lexus, but nothing crazy.
Not sure whether to go 8.5/9.5 or 9.5/10.5. I don't want to tuck tire. I want it to sit on the tires running a little camber. Help me out guys! I've looked through pages upon pages in the wheel threads, and nothing is really shouting out at me.

For the GFX sides/rear either check the classifieds or log on to www.sewellparts.com make sure you create a login to get the pricing discount on parts. The GFX sides will go on sale occasionally for $60-75 + shipping.
