Feels like forever and it's only been one week. Took a few days just to get the OP's insurance to get rolling.

That thing is mint! Sorry to hear about the damage, it looks like it'll be able to get repaired just as new though.

Two weeks in the body shop and this is what I find. Mad didn't describe my feelings when I seen this. Now they have to do it all over again with OEM parts on their dime. So now I have to get another rental car and go through this again. This list was on the repair quote and nothing was done correctly. They billed the insurance company for 2,200-2,400 for this.

1. Hood wasn't adjusted.
2. Headlight was not repaired
3. White fog light installed when I have the OEM yellow.
4. Very cheap aftermarket bumper installed.
5. Drivers side mirror now has a bronze tinted glass instead of factory clear
6. They had to repaint a few times becuase they couldn't match the color.

I did get my roof painted and that came out pretty decent. For the work they do I'm surprised they painted in the jams correctly and didn't just tape off a line.

How the hell did they manage to install that front bumper so *****ty?
I mean there's bolts that align the edge to sit nearly perfect to the fender, looks like it isn't attached at all in the third pic. It just hangs there.

Beucase they used the cheapest aftermarket bumper possible. Nationwide isn't on your side.

Very hard color to match. I knew you were in for trouble when i saw the fender taped off like they didn't plan on blending into the door.

I can only imagine how frustrated you are with this especially waiting a few weeks to get the car back. can't you demand that oem Lexus parts be used? seems line they took the cheapest way out possible than pocketed some money. it's all a scam .

They know I wanted OEM parts but said the brand they use at the shop fits 100% OEM. I was told they will use OEM parts this time. I take it back to them on Monday, so we'll see.

Still haven't heard from the body shop. Time to step the harrasment up another level!

Until then I can at least look at the rear of the car lol.

I need an exhaust that looks good and is just a pinch louder than factory.
