time for an update. been way too busy with work to get on here much anymore, but in the mean time we were messing with 2step and my head threw a bucket shim so it was down for a few weeks.





took off the head to look to see what happened (valve was stock open



block was still good



got a new head and installed everying..remove my 16lb wastegate spring andput in a 7lb spring and my titan boost solenoid.



while the car was down i got a great deal on a diamond white 97+ body kit



finished the car the night before the drive to TX2K14 and my fan shroud came looes at 130 and hit the fan



finally got my dizzy cover made



installed my TRD LSD. car pulls so much harder now i have this



got a cx racing intake manifold and ran welds on teh inside to make is stronger. still waiting of some parts to finish this part of the build





got some bc coilovers love the way they ride



car sit so much better now



i also instelled a short shifter for a v160 on my r154. love the way it shifts now

 

Installed my BC coilovers. Love the way they feel

 

Also got a free carbon fiber hood from a friend amd a fujin front lip from another one

i plan on it soon, just trying to find some wheels, i got a set of slicks for it just need to find a 15" rims for it, Also just picked up a corolla for my dd to i can really have fun with this car lol

I have a soarer r154 withbthe tripod. I jist had to machine a plate with bolt holes to hold down the shifter since the plate it came with bolt holes are not in the correct spot

 

so I haven't updated this in a long time, but ive had a few changes and been busy with helping getting friends sc's running so we can all enjoy our rides together.

I was able to get a carbon fiber trunk for $150 on craigslist with minor damage



also got around rewrapping my supra seat with black leather and red stitching



was having traction issure with 18lbs of boost so I got a seat of M/T ET STREETS for the rear, what a big difference radials do



also took the tt front off the supra so I could have an OEM drag pack for a lot less than the CCW haha



also got a set of 18" rotas for my street wheels from a fried with new fronts for $400, also put M/T STEET COMP TIRES on the rear



got a set of aluminum pulleys to clean up the bay some, also working making an aluminum tensioner pulley to finish it up,



also been busy swapping out 98 MKIV with a 99 gte swap from another MKIV, just have to have the harness redone since the first guy messed it up
