Question Need help: DC, MD, and NOVA memebers

Jegs said they would be sending my control arm bushings next week, does anyone have a good suspension guy who would install my bushings, and my lowering springs?

I pulled all of the control arms off my supra (Front|Rear|Upper & Lower) and plan to take them to ISP to have "G" burn/press them out and put the new ones in. I understand getting the old bushings out is a PITA. I went with the D2 bushing kit for the front and rear, and I must say it def changes the handling & ride of the car; I drove a supra a few weeks ago and it felt fantastic around the twisties as well as overall ride quality.

isnt there an easier method to get them out?
you can destroy the old bushing except the sleeve I think. just start cutting it out.
I read the new bushings go in easy if you freeze them for 30 min and then try. makes the bushing shrink slightly.
