Yeah I still have it and am actually about to sell it since I just picked up a Wald.

Basically what Pat said. You can find them on eBay as well. I'll post the wiring if you need it since it doesn't come with instructions.

The wiring would be great! i'd assume you just ran it through the trunk liner to the brake wiring.

You do not have to run it through the trunk liner (not entirely sure how that works anyway since the trunk opens).
The brake lights can be tapped into right behind the rear bumper cover--this is what I did and everything works perfectly: both reflectors tapped into one brake light.

You will find a black grommet that will allow you to feed the wiring from the reflector to the brake light harness.

You will see on your tail lamp harness three wires (green, green/white and black/white)

So the wiring goes
Tail Lamp Harness <---> Reflector Wiring
Solid Green <---> White (Enables Running Light)
Green and White <---> Red (Enables Bright Mode)
Black and White <---> Black (Negative)

I even took the liberty in wiring the reflectors on the Wald diffuser too lol It might be excessive, but at least people will see when I brake.

I found them online, I measured the reflectors and they are 2.25" which are the same size as the Toyota Sequoia/Highlander reflectors so I found a that there is a set of SMD LED reflectors that are made for the Toyota Sequoia/Highlander so I just swapped them and wired them up.

Now I am back to 5, one of my connections didn't have enough tape so it was exposed and touched another wire causing a few fuses to blow lol.
