It was fiberglass. I bought it from a member on here
It wasn't very sturdy though I tore it in half coming out of my yard

Default Lots of progress many pics who hoo

OK got lots of updating to do since last post , been fighting with this injury and workman's comp all through this process so i haven't been able to do as much as planned . i did get the car un taped and although not perfect the jambs and under hood look great . i sent my interior vents and wood trim ,and shifter plate to mark 1JZPWRD for some custom refinishing . i was waiting on my Eastwood dynamat stuff to come in from back order . finally dynomat came in finished laying that and started reassembling back of seat and carpet .

I love the random life pics along with your build. Im also changing my interiors color so i know the work that has been put in to yours. The car looks amazing so far, are you going to do anything with the your headliner also? and what size is your turbo?

Mark. I wouldn't have even took all this on myself if not for your guidance from the super thread you have on Jays car . I've learned so much and saved a ton of money
I'll figure out the seat problem ,lights might be more difficult I'm clueless when it comes to electric fixes. Can't wait to get the trim back. ,I'm stoked.

Thanks got the tip. No pun intended. Can you tell me why. I know the plugs aren't the best looking and a short term fix. But what is the purpose of them to begin with. Don't they make a different pipe without nipples.
Overspray on jambs n trunk a little. But I'm just going to clay bar it and use 2500 grit paper n wet sand the whole car. Have some orange peel in the paint neway.

Tom, I spoke with Tim, my buddy, and he said they should be ready by Friday of this week. Sorry for the delay, but I am sure they will look great. I will also buff them before sending them back to you. They should look almost perfect once you receive them.
