http://www.ebay.com/itm/Turbo-Oil-Drain-Return-Pipe-Kit-Garrett-T3-T4-T60-T61-T04B-T04E-5-8-Hose-/151028701019?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&vxp=mtr&hash=item232a03175b#ht_1341wt_932
I brought this turbo drain tube and will probably make it longer if needed. My original plan was to use a -10an hose but I am afraid it might touch the manifold or melt because of the heat. I took a picture of the area where the drain has to come down and I am very limited on space.

Should I clock the turbo more to get more room?

Correct me if I'm wrong but those two thread location next to where the a/c compressor right below that bolt for the power steering bracket is where the 6 speed Tt dampner bracket would mount to?

Interior carpet back in.

Did my last round of parts ordering I hope for the engine. Getting a new 6 speed driver side axle, 6 speed dampner, new gates power belt and plastic intake gasket. I should be set until I do my exhaust. I'm almost done well not really but I'm getting close to putting the engine in.

Waiting for parts then I shouldn't have an excuse after this last round of parts. Order axle, 6 speed dampner and new timing belt.

What did you decide with the turbo drain line? Is this Borg Warner too big or is it the manifold causing the cramped space issue?

Borg Warner isn't too big the manifold just sucks for clear shot to the oil drain. I got a metal drain line that I'm going to try as soon as it gets here. The only fitting that I can fit now is a 90 coming off the oil drain.

I have the same mani, and run a 45 off the drain. It works pretty good.

^^ yup, a slight clocking of the turbo and a 45 degree right off the turbo cleared for me with that manifold.
everything is looking great keep it coming.

I like the idea when you use the aluminum tape to paint the block

Just wondering why you chose 38mm TiAl instead of 44mm MV-R?

Did you do the cleaning of the head?
