Does your lift require the cement to be a certain depth to safely anchor it?
Yes, I was also worried about the hot tire pickup but from reading that's the result of improper prep.

This lift is required to have a minimum of 4 - 4 1/2" 3000psi poured concrete. I think the standard thickness for garage concrete is 4". At least in my area.

Indeed it will. It will make things much easier for me. Cant wait to give it a try.

Shelving and tool boxes looking proper as well! Very well done!
Thank you! If I were to do it again, I may pay someone to install it but then again, I don't plan on dong it again lol. Its very labor intensive with how I wanted it done.

Very happy on how it turned out.

Very nice bro! My brother-in-law just did an almost exact garage setup as yours.

Having a lift in the garage is so key!

Thanks! Now I just need to find the time to actually work on the car and get the first use out of the garage.

NICE!!!! I am in the process of buying a 3 car garage house up north and plan to do this as well.

on a side note I want to get into powder coating, did you start out with a 30 inch oven? Also, which sand blaster would you recommend.

Where up North? I'm in Buellton Ca, now.

I made my oven and sandblaster.. Works great for me with the small things I coat. Wheels are the most popular parts I do.

Welp... my thread is another victim of the Photobucket link loss. Wish I had the time to re-post on those pics but that would take a very long time.

So now that photobucket is no longer a solutions to posting pics, I'm going to try another approach. I'm going to start making video's of my build which will cover how I do things along the way. I'm going to try my best to cover the progress of my build using video's clips rather pictures.

If you guys have any suggestions on how to go about this approach, let me know. I'm always open to different idea's. This first video isn't that great but I hope it gets better along the way.

Richard - does your -12an fuel feed to the Weldon that is welded at the bottom of the tank piped towards the inside of the tank's plastic swirl pot ... meaning , it is pumping fuel from the swirl pot ?

And where does the fitting on top of the tank for your return line go to ? also to the swirl pot or it is just dumping fuel inside the tank ?

I did this so it functions just like factory. The factory pump feeds from sitting in the swirl pot and the return line from factory also dumps directly into the swirl pot keeping the pump always submerged and fed. So the feed pipe welded to the tank comes through the swirl spot on the side that's closer to the rear bumper. The fitting that's welded on top of the tank is a return tube that dumps fuel directly into the swirl pot.

Some pics attached.. defeats the purpose of the video haha but I noticed I didn't get a good pic of the inside after everything was said and done but you get the idea.
