I'm not sure what your wheels specs are because I did a quick skim through and saw this! Just a heads up
I trimmed my bumper tab too and went lower but once I did, there's something else that I started to rub on.
It's this black metal piece that looks like it was connected to the bumper tab so you might have to shave that a bit too.
I haven't gotten around to it but that's what one member suggeste to me.
Not sure if it's different because you have an '09 and I have a '10.

Otherwise, your car is looking great!

Thanks for the heads up! Once i get the fender roller from my friend ill attack everything at once.
Im no stranger to having to cut / weld whatever is needed to get lower my old jetta: (had to notch the frame on both sides for axle clearance and tie rods)

Are you using a DIY walk through to remove your headliner or are you just going at it? Did you encounter any problems with just wrapping it? You would use adhesive fabric spray and then tuck the excess into the trim right?

As I said earlier I'm not wrapping this one. Didn't really have issues with the others.. Just oem > wrapped
Not using a DIY, just experience from doing other headliners

They're on there. I can provide the numbers to anyone who wants them, just let me know. And be aware they're pricey

As I see it, these are the parts / part numbers you would need to do the black headliner swap.

These parts come from the IS F / ISx50 F-Sport, and I've tried to be exhaustive, but the roof console has a lot of choices, but I've tried to make it simple.

63311-53150-C0 - Headliner with Sunroof

62211-53040-C2 - Garnish, A-Pillar RH
62212-53040-C2 - Garnish, A-Pillar LH

62411-53061-C1 - Garnish, B-Pillar RH
62412-53061-C1 - Garnish, B-Pillar LH

62471-53051-C1 - Garnish, C-Pillar RH
62472-53051-C1 - Garnish, C-Pillar LH

74310-53210-C2 - Sunvisor RH
74320-53230-C2 - Sunvisor LH
74317-60020-C0 - Sunvisor Screw Cover (Qty: 2)
74348-12040-C0 - Sunvisor Holder Hook (Qty: 2)

Stance and possible wheels are anything but simple and elegant. *confused* Nice color though.

100% disagree. What isn't simple and elegant about wheels and a proper drop?
No need for any lip kits or gody wheels.

It's the type of wheels and level of stance, both of which stand out and are aggressive. Elegance and simplicity is traditionally subtle, conservative, timeless, and restrained. You are going for sporty look that stands out.

im not going for sporty or aggressive (minus fitment).
your definition of elegance and simplicity is more or less what will happen. ie. no lip kits. nothing unnecessary.
the wheels pictured are the LEAST sporty or agressive wheels ever. simple classic 5 spoke design. (although they have since been sold)
aggressive fitment and low does not automatically equal sporty.
IMO ccdan has a prime example of simple and elegant

less is more. you will see
