Well after owning what is arguably one of the best cars I have ever owned I have decided to keep it & build upon an already great platform. I don't post much but I read a lot. I know what I like & what flies around here. I don't think both opinions are far apart. So without further wait I will start my build thread. My car is still inproving so this is definitely a work in progress.

So here are some pics of when I first got her.

1999 Lexus GS400
Came with the following mods already on it.
Full Alpine stereo with TV/DVD player
SSR GT3 19x10 +41 & 19x8.5 +37
Supra TT BBK
Power Slot rear rotors
Power Slot front rotors
Intrax front & rear sway bars
RMM LSD 3.76 rear differential
UPRD exhaust


First thing I did was tint the windows & debadge, then get the ipod adapter.







Well after some maintenance issues that needed to be resolved I finally got to the fun part! Now some mods that I want ed to do took place! After searching & searching I picked a set of wheels that I am extremely happy with! Big shouts to ISS Forged for their great customer service & for putting up with me! I will be running their wheels for a long time!!

So here are the wheels i chose:

ISS Forged RX-10
20x11(r) 20x9.5(f) (a lot of influence came from RMMGS4 & SoCalSC4 on this setup)
Tinted brushed finish with chrome flat lips
Tires; 295/25/20 rear 255/30/20 front

Here they are from a raw piece of billet aluminum to the finished product with tires:











Assembled & arrived















Rear Tires mounted up & ready to go



Then I brought out of storage to take to the body shop to have the fenders shaved, pulled, & rolled. All of the rock chips that have beat up the paint taken care of, a rep TTE lip installed & a roof spoiler installed.

Next to come is a set of turn signal mirrors, LED tail lights, new windshield, & more.....

 

Looks really good man. Needs to go moar low when you get the 20's on.

Wheels look nice man! Whats the % on the tints? I think a black roof wud set it off. Along with a nice drop.
