Default tune up the engine

i bought a distribution kit and placed it ... run into a lot of problems but at the end it went fine.

i measured the valves and they need to be done but my garage ( the street) and my tools ( just hte normal ****) won't allow that.

still gliding folks ....

I have found the problem with my TPS sensor the wires are snapped and some copperwires were broken. Say one wire contains 30 small wires that make the wire a couple of them were broken and the copper is oxidized. So i cut the wires solderded them and the problem was gone.

The problem was that whenever i rotate the tps during chanching the rpm there was a dead spot.
So i wiggled the wires a bit and my RPM was freaking, when i took the brown wire things got really messy. So i draw the conclusion that my wires are the cause of the rpm freaking out.

After fixing this problem the LS it's throttle response improved drastically,. it drove like new.

here 2 pics of the snapped wires just behind the connector this is the reson you should be very carefull with the wires and conectors.

After that i enjoyed the LS even more but i had to be certain about the ECT sensor. I have read so many different opions and topics that you should start here whenever there are problems.
So i changed it and it helped it picked up the throttle even more fast. It seemed to me that the LS is now allways set to OD off becasue it is so rapid in accelerating .
Before the tps and ECT it had this big problem that it would die whenever i hit the gaspedal.
It would fall away and needed seconds to get the engine going.

If i meet the same Maseratie again i will make a good chance of beating him to the next stoplight.

I made a small movie for you guys enjoy and sitback:

Good job. Does any one else hear a vacume leak? And sounds like egr pipe is cracked. Props for all the sweat you have put into your project. It will run well for a long time when your done.

Thanks guys for your support,

i replaced the EGR pipe for a piece of waterhose which is sucking vacuum because the hose just closes and colaps under the underpressure.

I connected the air hoses from the air valve in a loop because i suspect the air valve in the powersteering pump from leaking vacuum air.
It is very expensive to buy oem parts here and many companies won't ship to europe or the shipping costs are to high .

U guys are so lucky to live in the USA !!or better non Europe !!

For example:

a new engine is only 700 $ in your country and this is a new bold engine.
But sending it by boat is to expensive .....
OEM floormats were @ jewellparts 110 $ but sending them another 125 $$$$
an old engine compleet without tranny second hand with 300.00 km on the clock is 1000 euroes in europe ...... i know parts prices do make this impossible..

I need an new engine so if you can help me out i would be in extacy.
And i need new engine and tranny mounts and i need new bushings because the LS is not keeping straight and direct when i encage corners. It also sqeeuks and peeps when i brake and turn ther steering wheel.

It is my dream that the LS will glide silensly like an electric car with it´s Black Jade paint coat fully restored and an engine that provides the HP that make people surprised.

I will get there before i die ... u can take that to bank !!

I even buy some OEM parts from USA. Of course the current exchange rate Yen to $ makes benefits for me but still parts there are inexpensive, I find. Things are very expensive here.

Used engines are not expensive here though.

This 169,077km / 105k miles engine starts only from $380. Generally speaking the final price in the past was around $400 -500 or so. The problem for you is that they don't ship to overseas though.
