Default Jasoneo5's Build Thread

Hi all,

Just wanted to start a thread for my new 07 LS460 – making this my 5th LS. As some may know, a friend totaled my Aimgain Cygnus 05 LS430 about a year back, picked up a late model E55 which is crazy and I still have……but couldn’t stop missing my LS. Have some stuff on order (stay tuned) but will probably leave it as it sits now until summertime, I just don't have enough bandwidth for all this car stuff anymore .

Until then, I’ve got a set of nice 20” OZ Futuras. 20x11.5R, 20x9.5F. I’ll post up a few more pictures once she’s clean….sadly I don’t even have time to do that these days
Glad to be back!

Rears are approx 35, fronts are approx 30. Seller didn't know exacts and haven't had them measured yet.....I plan on rebuilding them closer to the end of the year

I am running 33mm spacers up front, and 10mm spacers out back. Fenders shaved and pulled SLIGHTLY rear and front. Doesn't rub

I'll get some more pictures later that will help you all better see the fitment, which is almost perfect imo

I actually thought the 20s might look a bit small, but it looks good. Nice job, what's next?

You just gotta be sure they are wide and aggressive enough. Even at 9.5/11.5, I still have another 1.5" out back and 2" up front I can stuff in there if I were to re-lip on stock fenders

I went ahead and ordered the Mode Parfume rear end because I basically got bundled shipping for free along with some other stuff. Still deciding on whether or not it will attract too much attention here at work, the wheels are already pushing it! hah

Jason I have megans on my ride and I ABSOLUTELY HATE THE RIDE! How are the BC's compared to the Megans? I am seriously thinking about going Tanube or Air Runners but that Air suspension setup is allot more than I want to spend.

Your thoughts please!

Well, I'm not feeling the wheels but they are okay as a stop gap for when you get someting better.

BC's are much better....they seem to have a lot more play. Airrunners are WAY too much for what they offer....we should have just gotten an LS with air if that what we wanted!!

Ouch, one of few. All I know is these have enough demand & equity for a couple of sets of alternatives when the day comes that I do find better looking ones

Very nice...I was going to go with 20s but thought it might be too small, but your looks good. If you can drop the front a little more...that'll be perfect. My .02 cents. Nice wheels too, I thought they were Scaras from a quick glance.
