To be honest, I cant believe you painted over the Supra logo on the rear brakes.

Car isn't a Supra so it never was a thought. The black finish isn't all that great either. My front LS calipers are VHT aluminum so I wanted them to match.

Can you describe the up front bass you are getting from your Morel's ? Or is your audio setup not tuned yet ?

Up front midbass isn't really a problem. The Morels are crossed over at 60 right now and have 300 watts going to each one. They pound. Car still needs to be tuned as the sub enclosure hasn't been built yet.

To answer you PM question, lev00221 (Luis) owns the black Lexus SW built. He's in Texas. Car is a 6 speed now. I talk to him every once in a while.

My car, drifterx27 (Andrew) and one other white SC were all built at the same time by Chris Johnson back in 2006 and were the first boost logic turbo kit cars. Mine is the only automatic now. Here's pics of the cars. (Mine, Drifterx and Joe's)

HA HA Andrew. They do look pretty damn good. I wish I knew who Joe sold the other one too. Maybe someday we could get a pic with all three of them together.

Shane, good to hear that the morel's pound up front as I am going to purchase the same speaker setup for my front stage.

As for the last car in your list of pics, I owned that car for a short while. Purchased it from the original owner, Frank. Can you believe that car started off a 5spd and was converted to an auto?

The black on black 6psd car you mentioned Levi owning, that is the infamous low mileage (< 10k miles) SC that BL built for SW after they built the car you have now ? That is the SC I would purchase in a heart beat if it ever came up for sale.

Joe,

I don't think he will be selling anytime soon. I talked to him about that too.

As far as the Morel go, the new Elates sound really good, but most of the guys in the car audio scene are getting the Virtus. I have heard them too and they sound really good too but a lot cheaper. Here's a link.

I guess this was your sale then when you had the car. Does the guy you sold it too post on this site??

Shane, my friend at the time (rw3) sold the car for me on clublexus. Looking back, I shouldn't have sold the car. As for where it is now, I believe it is its 4th owner. Do not know if they post on the forum or not.

Onto an RSP 2JZGTE built auto swap. Wish me luck.

Bored at work and wasn't completely happy with the paint finish on my new rotors. Some tape, scotch brite pad and a little VHT black and I got to work.

Well,

Ordered a DEI Avital 4003 remote start kit today. This is the one that works withf the factory keyless remote. This will be the third one I've installed now.

I'm going to do a DIY with pics and wire colors for everyone as this is something really simple to do and having remote start in winter or summer is pretty nice. Stay tuned.

Yes! DIY! I'd love to know how. I've done a couple Viper remote start/alarms. It would be nice to know how to do one and keep the oem key remote.

Avital came in today. I removed all the wires you won't be using just to clean it up a little. Besides 2 relays this is all you will need. Basically hitting the lock button twice will start the car and disarm the factory alarm with keeping the doors locked. Once you hit the unlock, just get in the car, put in the key and turn to on position and hit brake pedal. You're done. If you don't get in the car after 12 minutes, car will turn off and arm the factory alarm back. Doesn't get more simple than that.

Well,

This is what's going to be mounted under the dash. Fuseholder, remote start module and relays. Still a lot of work to do. This plate will be tacked to bracket under dash and all painted.
