Your tires wore out quickly because it looks like your toe adjustment is way out. Have that car professionally aligned and you should be able to get a lot better mileage out of them.

35K on a lowered car without camber kits is actually good. I use to get 7-10k on my GS before camber kit. Anyhow were you selling the Vertex too

looks like you didnt get 35k from those tires. They look more like 25k. You're not supposed to drive with them down to the belt.LOL

The reason I intially told everyone about them was the tread wear rating BUT that 245/30/22 was a deal breaker for me plus I had one defective rear so I swore off Continentals. Looks like the tread wear did something because I am at 16-17 on my Pirellis and they are close to the end in the rear but could probably go another 5-8 k in front

Yeah front camber wear is worse then the rear. I just recently flipped my front tires and I just bought them around December.

I love the way the LS looks dropped but man I gotta say I dont miss those days. Running back and fourth to the tire shops for tires, then going back 5 months later to have them flipped , then returning 5 months later for a new set, PLUS all of the visits in between to remedy the inevitable poor balance. It got to the point where I hated the tire shops and they hated me because I was always there doing something or having something rebalanced.

245/30 DWS on my 600hL has been doing great. I know the load rating is low, but I am running 40psi in those and the tread has lasted forever. Going on nearly 2 years now and about 15-20K miles or so. Much of that on my Tanabes with my 460, but with my 600 and the same set of tires, I think it is dealing with the additional weight just fine and wearing really good. My next set of tires is 255/30 and 305/25 Toyo Proxes 4 like LXurious is running on his 600. Better load ratings and pretty positive reviews. If Conti DWS came in those sizes, I would be all over those again...great tires!

Thanks for the tip on the tire buddy. I will check out that brand. 305/25 sounds awesome but I have minor rubbing in the rear right at stock height

The wheels are the new Ace Alloy Mesh 7 wheel in hypersilver. The spoke design is different than the Avant Garde wheel which I didn't like as much.
