But not that far off, More like a Red Delicious vs Granny Smith comparison.
The Family of "35's" all flow from 500-600 hp.
Generally these turbos are sourced off of Diesel Trucks so the sizes stay consistent.
This is a good overview of what to expect from a Holset on a JZ.

so last week i got my manifold in and my adapter flange also because apparently they don't make t3 flanges for the 1jz. and the adapter flange was a little off.(go ebay)
i had to dremel 2 holes to get it to slide down.
and locktited these bolts
had to take my manifold up to mr austin to get braced. and the wg flange to get clocked and welded back facing the wrong direction(thanks again ebay).
so in the mean time since i have some mk4 supra seats on the way i was gonna chuck the stock boat ancors of stockers. but i wanted the rails so i could use some aftermarket seats or sell them later on. getting these things out were a freaking pain. luckily i got a chance to use my dual saw for the first time..
didn't see any easy to remove bolts and there was a motor on each leg that kep it there so had to cut the side of the tracks and excrete them.
and viola. i will be selling these pupies for $90 bones..

You guys are hilarious!

This is a HX35 (Almost identical to a HY or H1) with a T3, 12 cm2 = 0.89 A/R hot side divided.
Spool time is fine. Around 3400rpm to 10psi full.
Leave the hotside, get cams, and do rolling burnouts on the highway!

there's a pretty big difference between a .89 turbine housing and a 1.15+.

T3 Flange 1jz manifold that i purchased from SSautochrome, then added bracing to make stronger.
they are just hard to find. and dont use the "angled away mount" that all the T4 manifolds use.
had to make a custom downpipe because of the parallel mounting postion.
anyway just sayin good looks on the build!

if u look, all of the T4 manifolds i've seen have the turbo angled slighly away towards the passenger side of the car.
this T3 manifold i got has it positioned straight.
my turbo blanket came with 2 metal springs, that can stretch to reach the fasteners.
i suppose u could use thin metal wire too.
