True....but the tire makes a difference. Some have blockier shoulders which tend to rub easier than those with narrow shoulders. Also, those "rim protectors" also have a tendency to rub

You can put better wheels on, you can lower it an inch. Other car makers build cars with 20s, they have lowered sports suspension packages, because these things make a car more desirable. A good set of alloys and a 1 inch drop probably enhance the desirability and value of the car.

But if the car was meant to be slammed on ugly slab sided wheels other OEMs would make them that way. Whenever you see these cars on the used lot, they are stuck and eventually get sold dirt cheap because hardly anyone wants it.

Then again beauty is in the eye of the beholder I suppose.

So my rear BBK arrives from Rotora....

They sent me the wrong rotors, but it gets better. They wanted pics so I can "prove" they sent me the wrong parts. This eats up another day Then I get a request they want to see pics of the "brown box" they shipped me the parts in? Seriously!!! What pictures can the possibly request that I take next?

So its been 4 days now going on close to a week with no resolution. This is the worst service I have received from any company. My car is all apart waiting on them so it can be used.

Anyone have a contact in there to help me resolve this and get the correct parts before this weekend? I am at the point were I just want them to take back everything and refund my money. Am I being overly picky here? Does this not seem odd they keep asking for pictures and delaying things?

Wow...that sucks. Note to self: Do not buy Rotora parts due to their crappy service.

They obviously do not believe you. Terrible.

that really sux, pretty dumb of them (sorry, never a fan of rotora). i am ok with them asking for pics, a little proof goes a long way. but request all information at once from customers. asking customers to go back and forth every time with extra information does nothing except putting negative impressions on them
