Will just need a few measurements so contact DGR Fabrication if you have questions. If you want to read the whole update just click through the pic!

Yah those are just the prototypes...

You can get them super cheap if you look depends what you want to do... I've seen them around for $1500 semi complete to $3000 complete. I obviously went this route because 1 there was an easy mount kit available and 2 it's MUCH more cost effective than going the 2JZ-GTE route.

The hoops arrived the other day and Dan and Luke at DGR Fabrication got down to business...

Thanks man this is from the mount post but since I haven't updated this thread lately with stuff because I'm waiting for the car to come back from paint I figured I'd leave this up

If you haven't seen my build thread yet you can click on the image and get the full lowdown thus far. I've been working with DGR Fabrication on a GM LSX motor mount kit for my 2GS and other Lexus applications. The final mounts should be in this week. I'll be posting more info on this thread about the kit as soon as Dan at DGR Fab finalizes everything and the motor is back in my car. These should also work on SC's!

I chose the LSX motor path as it was a more cost effective way to go than the 2JZ-GTE route. We're looking forward to seeing more GS's do this motor swap. This is only one mount - tranny mount/crossmember to follow soon and it will include everything you'd need to complete the swap.

LSX + T56 Tremec = Cheap reliable power and fun.

I'm very interested in a mount kit for the SC. I assume the motor mounts should be the same but the tranny crossmember may be different. I'm following closely.........

Yep exactly! I believe Dan is planning on building a SC when my car is done so we'll know about that tranny crossmember. But if anything should be a sinch for them to fab up.

Question:

What ECU will you be using? Painless? GM? Also, how do you plan to integrate into the factory wiring for accessories, etc?
