Nice drop Joe, I'm actually looking into getting myself a set of these, I want to lower my car and also have a good riding suspension for daily driving. Keep us updated on your experience.
I actually had D2 coilovers on my previous vehicle - '02 Camry. I must say that the handling was pretty awesome! The only downside to those coilovers was that I had problems with the front set; driver side shock was blown within 3 months, and the front passenger side was blown within couple of months after that. The camry was a daily driver (occasional hard cornering), no tracking, installed by trusted mechanic...good thing that the online dealer was very prompt at sending me the replacement shocks since they were still under warranty. Hopefully your set of D2 shocks won't experience the same issues! Of course, the D2 coilovers for the Camry did not have ISO9001 printed on there...maybe that was the difference!
How are the coilovers holding up? Im very close to purchasing a set before summer fully kicks in
If there was ever a need to rebuild, what is the cost and can it be done in the US?
Thanks
So far great!!!
I believe they can be serviced in the US as they have a main location in North Carolina... But if any part needs to be replaced like a rubber bushing, a knowledgeable tech should be able to that in a city near you..
Cost depends on parts that might be needed in the distant future..
They come with a Full One Year Warranty. Like most things...

Thanks JoeZ, The only concern i have is the long term and quality. Google comes up with a lot of negative reviews with it comes to D2 but the lexus boards has positive feedback. Anyways for the price i guess you cant argue with it
How many inches do the coilovers drop? Does it drop more than 2" all around? and what damper settings are your riding on?
Thanks again!
