o yeah, i take some pictures of the ride tomorrow in class, the tt side mount is in and mounted, now i'm changing the diff fluids tomorrow morning, put some oil in, water in the radiator so we could check for leaks when we start it, new tran fluid cause i had to put in a sender for my tran temp, get back my aluminum piping with my flanged weld for my bov and u think that should be about it? She should be ready to start this thursday or friday, i'm praying everything turns out right.

ok, guys, the car runs great, i very happy with the boost i'm making, but i just blew out my oil line for my oil pressure gauge, so oil is shoot everywhere, i parked my car at my girlfriends apartment for tonight so i could put the line by on tomorrow. I try to get a vid of the car in action for you guys to see.

any updated pix with it fully clothed??? have you raced anyone ?? its nice and cold in ur neck of da woods so ur car should be an animal out there!

 

it's to damn cold to be taking pictures around here, but i did race one of the newer gto 5.7 v8 on saturday, the guy was messing with me and i was going to let it slide, but after the third time reving his ride, i was like the hell with it, i'm running him. We pulled three times, the first two i pulled on the gto pretty good, but the third pull i had to slow down cause a car was in my way. i really don't know how fast them gtos are but it wasn't that much of a race. I was thinking of upping the boost to 12, but i don't think i'll be doing that anymore, right now the car feels pretty strong to me, so i think i will be good at 10 psi.

 

Those 5.7 GTOs are ok. My friend had an automatic 04 and he beat my friend that has a 06 6spd 350Z. Course that was from a stop, they never went from a roll. How many cars would you say you put on the gto? My friend that had the gto has an altima now, but is thinking about selling it and gettin a 6.0 6spd..now thats a beast.

 

Please tell me you didnt buy the mechanical oil pressure guage and are running that thin little capillary tube full of hot oil into the passenger compartment.

Nice kill on the GTO.. didnt see whether you said it was auto or 6 spd... still they are 13 second cars anyway. I assume you have tuned it? What engine mgmt are you using? Do you at least have a wideband for A/F knowledge? Your neck of the woods is pretty darn cold so watch for overboost. Any mods to the tranny? At least a tranny cooler upgrade?

I know hes running the AFC Neo, but I dont know if he has a wideband, or if he tuned it yet.
