When making the mounts, did you use the stock Supra's mounts then welded whatever needs to make it fit or did you use the stock LS400's mounts then welded that to mount the Supra engine?
i am very interested in this swap as well.
I am guessing you are using the Supras engine harness to plug it to the LS' dash..did that go good or did it give you any problems?
Sweet!
What kind of exhaust plumbing you have in mind...will we hear it coming or will it take us by surprise?
Actually this is pretty neat. I can install stock exhausts back on so the car is almost as quiet as stock for daily driving. With a flip of the switch the exhaust bypass valve opens up to release all the gasses from the engine straight to the atmosphere. Basically if I am in a mood for racing, flip the switch and the car becomes uncontrollably loud and powerful monster. I'll probably keep my JIC's with silencers installed though.

Looks like the exhaust side of your turbo is going to be close to the firewall. how big of a downpipe are you going to put there? 3" or 3.5"?
When you say "flip of a switch" are you going to put one of those e-cut out? Those things are nice...sleeper one second..."switch" turbo monster the other...
