Default 2010 Mirrors on a 2007 LS460L

Hey, so I have a 2007 Lexus LS460L, love it. My mirrors however aren’t folding in anymore so I was just gonna get some from a part car and call it a day.
However it got me thinking, could I use the newer models 2010+ mirrors? They have the turn signals on the side, a cooler shape, fold, and have the blind spot feature.
My car can park itself, sure it has blind spot detection, just not being used on the mirrors.

Has anyone attempted this or seen it done? Any feedback would be appreciated, thanks!

This would be a nice upgrade but unfortunately our generation doesn't have the correct wiring harness for the signal lamp or the blind spot sensor. And if I'm not mistaken, there is a separate module involved that we would need.

Signal lamp if it’s a regular old 12V might be possible to splice off the fronts or something if you’re really dedicated. Car audio mods do that stuff all the time.

if it’s CAN or something probably a nonstarter though.

blind spot monitoring I wouldn’t trust trying to get that working especially since you already have it
