One million miles. Wow!
Your logic is flawed, though.
As an example, to prove this, I submit into evidence: I have been around pregnant people all of my life and yet, not once have I been with child.
It is very egocentric to believe that your personal experience could transcend to the rest of the world.

Been working on cars for 50 years, taught automotive technology. There is NO lifetime fluid!!

Your a riot. Admitting you have no transmission experience what so ever yet are telling us it is illogical not to change our transmission fluid even though Lexus says no. Your analogy by the way make absolutely no sense is supporting your theory. Again you admit you have no knowledge and no transmission experience but are on this forum touting transmission advice. Way to funny!!!!

That's exactly it... They just say "lifetime" but don't tell you how many miles the "lifetime" is.
The fact that they call it "lifetime" seems deceitful to me, as that could be taken many different ways.
Could that pre-determined "lifetime" possibly be extended if you were to change the fluid?
There are many variables that effect the life of a part.

There has been WS fluid analysis posted on here with a car under 80,000 miles. Viscosity had broken down considerably. I think 80k might be the upper limit for a change

For my 2014 Lexus RX350 (with a sealed transmission), Lexus maintenance schedule states that the fluid is "lifetime".
But the Haynes Repair Manual states:
and
"The condition of the fluid should also be checked along with the level. If the fluid at the end of the dipstick (if equipped) is black or a dark reddish brown color, or if it emits a burned smell, the fluid should be changed (see Section 23). If you are in doubt about the condition of the fluid, purchase some new fluid and compare the two for color and smell."
But the Haynes Repair Manual states:
U660-E, U660-F, U760-E and U880F transaxles
"Automatic transaxle fluid change (60,000 miles [96,000 km] or 72 months)
1 At the specified time intervals, the automatic transaxle and differential fluid should be drained and replaced. Note: Although the manufacturer doesn’t specify it, it is a good idea to clean the transaxle fluid strainer periodically to remove accumulated dirt and metal particles."and
