My nephew swears that 3D car care products are the best on the market. He's done some professional detailing, but I've never seen his real work so I can't speak to his skill or quality. I sorta question his credibility, though. He did a quick polish and wax on my sisters car and I was less than impressed. To be fair, he was visiting from out of town, and didn't have any of his own tools. I did have to explain what a coating was, on my car. I was pretty surprised to think he had never heard of it, but he may have been being polite.

Anyway, he makes 3D sound really good. Does anyone have any experience with it?

We have used plenty of 3D / HD products throughout the years. They make nice products, but none of them stood out to be outright winners against our other go-to products from Meguiar's, Griot's Garage, Etc.

... what I am trying to say is the items we have used were quite nice, but they did not make me stop using the products I was already using... if that makes sense.
